Engaging with Vibrant Finance involves various risks, including, but not limited to, potential losses while digital assets are being supplied to or traded on the platform, and fluctuations in the prices of tokens in a trading pair or liquidity pool. Before engaging with Vibrant Finance, you are advised to thoroughly review the relevant documentation to fully understand the functionality of the platform.

By using our services or interacting with our platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems and blockchain-based networks. This includes an understanding of digital assets, such as the usage and intricacies of native digital assets like SOL and ETH, and smart contract-based tokens, as well as the complexities of systems that interact with blockchain networks.

Vibrant Finance does not own or control the underlying software that forms the foundation of blockchain networks. This software, including that of the Neon and Solana blockchains, is generally open-source, allowing anyone to use, modify, and distribute it. By using Vibrant Finance, you acknowledge and agree (a) that Vibrant Finance is not responsible for the operation of the underlying software and networks, (b) that there is no guarantee of functionality, security, or availability of this software and networks, and (c) that these networks are subject to sudden changes in operational rules, such as “forks,” which may significantly affect the services.

Blockchain networks utilize public/private key cryptography. You recognize that the services provided by Vibrant Finance are potentially subject to flaws and that it is your responsibility to evaluate any code or operations on the platform. The warnings provided here do not represent an ongoing obligation to inform you of all the risks associated with using Vibrant Finance.

The security of your private keys rests with you. Vibrant Finance does not have access to your private keys. Loss of control over your private keys will result in permanent and irreversible loss of access to your digital assets on the blockchain. Under such circumstances, neither Vibrant Finance nor any other entity can retrieve or protect your digital assets. Loss of private keys means the inability to transfer digital assets to other blockchain addresses or wallets, leading to the loss of any value or utility those assets may have.

Your interaction with Vibrant Finance, including trading digital assets, borrowing, or supplying assets, is fraught with financial risks. Digital assets are inherently experimental, risky, and volatile. Transactions are irreversible and final, with no opportunity for refunds. By using Vibrant Finance, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to use the platform at your own risk and discretion. The risk of loss in trading digital assets can be substantial, and you should consider whether such trading is suitable for your financial situation and resources.

By engaging with Vibrant Finance, you confirm that you have independently assessed the risks of transactions and the underlying digital assets. You accept all consequences of using the platform, including potential loss of access to your digital assets. All decisions regarding transactions are made solely by you, and Vibrant Finance bears no responsibility for your actions on the platform.

Vibrant Finance must adhere to applicable laws, which may necessitate certain actions or the provision of information to government agencies, actions that may not always align with your interests.

You hereby assume, and agree that Vibrant Finance will have no responsibility or liability for, the risks outlined in this section. You irrevocably waive, release, and discharge any claims, known or unknown to you, against Vibrant Finance, its affiliates, and their respective shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, suppliers, and contractors related to any of the risks outlined in this section.
